
Who are we?
Mornington Boat Haven Limited is a not-for-profit company that has been established to investigate and manage the Mornington Safe Harbour proposal. MBHL was established by the Mornington Yacht Club, but operates as a separate entity.

Ray Harvey
Member at the Mornington Yacht Club since 1966
Local resident for over 30 years and long standing family connections.
A civil engineer, has worked in venture capital, on many major development projects and is currently a director of a small property advisory firm.
John Hart
Past commodore of MYC, Former Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Australia(retired).
During working life held various senior management positions with Australian and International companies including Mornington Peninsula Shire as Group Manager Operations.
A resident of the Mornington Peninsula Shire (Mt Martha) since 1997.
John Rouse
Resident of Mornington/Frankston area for over 65 years.
Member of Mornington Yacht Club for over 25 years.
Former Vice Commodore & Rear Commodore MYC.
Member of various Safe Harbour Committees over past 10 years.
Active sailor for over 50 years.
Owns boat currently moored in harbour.
Architect, Landscape Architect & Project Manager (retired).

Past Commodore of MYC.
Former Member of the Institution of Engineers, Australia (retired).
Managed engineering, scientific and marketing groups within the energy industry.
Member of MYC since 1969.
Ratepayer of Mornington since 1972, permanent resident of Mornington since1999.
David Beeson
Accountant.
Former Mornington trader.
Resident of Mornington.
Race Manager MYC.
Sandy McPherson
Commodore MYC. Resident of Mornington area for over 60 years.
MYC member for 25 years.
Served on MYC Committee as Social organizer and Vice Commodore.
Owns a 25ft Trailer Sailer.
