
Support the Proposal
The planning proposal and Environmental Effects Statement for the Mornington Safe Harbour project has been approved for public exhibition. This means all interested groups and individuals will have a chance to view the proposal documents and provide their support and comments to Planning Panels Victoria. All submissions will be considered when the final decision is made on the Mornington Safe harbour project.

Anyone can make a submission to the public exhibition. All submissions must be received by 5pm on 5th July, 2010.
Submissions can be made by using this submission form:
All submissions must include the name and postal address of the submitter, as well as phone and/or email address. Anonymous or email submissions will not be considered. Copies of all submissions received will be forwarded to the Department of Planning and Community Development, the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council and the MBHL. Submissions are treated as public documents.
MBHL has developed a letter of response that can be completed by anyone who wants to register their support, without completing a full submission. This letter is available here . The same rules regarding submissions outlined above apply, including submission to Planning Panels Victoria.
There is a list of additional information which could be used in preparation of any personal submissions available here.
Completed submissions may be dropped in to the Mornington Yacht Club who will in turn forward them to the Planning panels on your behalf.
